Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Aspectsny Plumbing wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use aspectsny.garden. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Where We Aim
We want the site to work for as many people as we can. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site by keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Give every form field a clear label
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We look over the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to talk with a plumber, or email contact@aspectsny.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Please email contact@aspectsny.garden and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
